Catamaran Wing Rails

ADD SPEED AND OPEN SPACE TO YOUR CAT

custom-made for Your Hobie 16 or 14

Engineered and Tested by Hobie Sailors

For three years, our team at Catwinger experimented with different wing seat designs. We sailed them hard, and eventually settled on our simple, sturdy rail design. Affordability and easy installation were our top goals.

We're happy to offer our complete kit for $650, including shipping within the USA (International shipping is quoted on request). Once you open the box, you'll be rail sailing the same day!

We build to order. It's best to email us before you purchase, so we can confirm a few details. If you have questions about how these work or fit onto your H16/14, please email us at info@catwinger.com. Our standard design can be adjusted/upgraded in some ways, if needed.

Made to Endure the Elements

We build each pair of wings in our own workshop by the sea in Rhode Island, USA. Never mass produced, we make each pair to order, and use only quality materials such as galvanized steel, stainless steel fasteners, UV-resistant marine fabric and double-stitched nylon straps. Check out our building process.

"The Catwinger seats are easy to add right on the beach, or take them off for Hobie fleet racing or trailering. It's about 10 minutes, and there are no tools involved."

I wanted more comfort for my longer sails -- especially the solo sailing when I don't want to be on the tramp or the wire. Wings let me get more fun from the boat."
